Similajau - a place full of wonderful memory

Similajau National Park

Similajau National Park is located in Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia. I went there during a training course in year 2010.

For me, the beach is just the best place to relax. There is a medium-sized wooden hut in the end of the jungle tracking. From the hut, you can feel the sea breezes on your face, because the sea is just in front of you. You can just sit there, relax, doing nothing. Just a few second, you will feel that all your worries, pressure vanish into thin air, only peace in your mind.

When you done with the jungle tracking, just walk down to the beach there. You can choose to do the following:-

1. Enjoy a walk there, alone or with a friend,
and see the sun sets in front of you as you walk along the beach.
Don't forget to have a look at the surrounding, you might found some interesting things. I found this lizard-looking wood somewhere on the beach. I was shocked when saw it from far away. But its very interesting.

2.Chase around the small crabs
if you see any (who knows you maybe lucky enough to catch one, we did caught some big ones and bring back to the chalet, but they ran away and hidden somewhere in the chalet). I guarantee, you will have a nice sleep after all the chasing.

3. You can even form a team and play Frisbee on the beach. It will be very fun. When you ran around on the beach, you never know what will happen to you next. So get ready to get wet from head to toe. Of course, don't forget to catch some nice shot of your team-mates when they throw the Frisbee. Here is one that I can share with you. See, how beautiful was her pose, have to thank our camera girl also for catching the most beautiful moment.

Well, its a nice place for me. And, we are going there for another training course this year. I'm really looking forward.
